Welcome to the NOVA Real Chain Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the program.
1. Discounts and Coupons
1.1 $20 Discount for Referred Users
Each new user referred will receive a $20 discount coupon, applicable only to their first purchase.
The discount will be applied instantly during checkout for their first purchase.
1.2 Coupon Usage Conditions
The discount is non-stackable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The coupon is valid for a single use and will be considered "burned" after the first transaction.
2. Referrer Rewards
2.1 $10 Discount for Referrers
The referrer will receive a $10 discount for every new user who registers using their referral link.
The discount can be applied to future purchases.
2.2 Valid Registration Criteria
Referrals will only be considered valid when the referred user completes the registration of a verified wallet on the platform.
2.3 Discount Usage Conditions
The $10 discount is non-stackable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The discount expires 30 days after the referred user's successful wallet registration.
3. Commission Rules
3.1 Commission Details
Referrers will earn a 10% commission on the first transaction made by their direct referrals.
Additional commissions can be earned for up to four referral levels, based on the transactions of those users.
3.2 Commission Redemption Requirements
A minimum commission balance of $25 is required to request a payout.
Commissions can be redeemed immediately as a discount on the next purchase or held for the monthly payout.
3.3 Monthly Commission Processing
Commissions are processed monthly.
Cut-Off Date: The cut-off for commission calculations is one week before the end of each month.
Payment Date: Payments will be processed and received during the following week after the cut-off.
3.4 Balance Carry-Over
If the commission balance is below $25, it will automatically roll over to the next month.
4. Program Termination and User Restrictions
4.1 Right to Terminate the Program
NOVA Real Chain reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Abusive Behavior
Fraudulent or abusive activities, including creating fake accounts or manipulating the referral system, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
4.3 Account Review
NOVA Real Chain reserves the right to audit referral activities and disqualify users or cancel rewards in cases of suspicious or unethical behavior.
4.4 Program Modifications
NOVA Real Chain may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on the platform.
5. General Terms
5.1 Eligibility
Participation in the NOVA Real Chain Referral Program requires a registered account and a verified wallet.
5.2 Non-Transferability of Rewards
Rewards earned through the referral program are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account owner.
5.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the Referral Program will be resolved in accordance with NOVA Real Chain's dispute resolution policies.
